Chandra Bhedena
Chandra Bhedana Pranayama, also known as Left Nostril Breathing or Moon-Piercing Breath, is a yogic breathing technique that involves inhaling through the left nostril and exhaling through the right. The practice is named after the Sanskrit words Chandra (moon) and Bhedana (piercing), symbolizing the activation of the moon’s calming, cooling energy through the Ida Nadi (left energy channel).
