Simhasana

Simhasana Pranayama, also known as Lion’s Breath, is a dynamic yogic breathing technique designed to release tension, clear the throat chakra, and boost energy and confidence. It involves a deep inhalation through the nose, followed by a forceful exhalation through the mouth with the tongue extended toward the chin, the mouth wide open, and a loud "ha" sound—mimicking a lion’s roar.
